Ahh I'm So Sore.

I just started stretching twice daily two weeks ago. I've more recently started doing two a days cardio, core, and bodyweight excercises. Any ideas for the super sore? I drink tons of water and eat a banana every morning. At my job I'm basically a contortionist, so being sore really sucks. Thanks!
