Depression n workout

Hae I just started in skimble after a major depression even though I am feeling a bit better now... The major problem is the pain after work out ...any advice on use if pain killers

Best to check with a good health professional. There are also audios of music and sound therapy, and guided meditation. Some are free. Omvana.org is one source. Also audio of "binaural beats," Tibetan bowls, etc. I use these on cellphone. Good luck and hang in there!

I also started working out after my depression. All I can say is start slow and build yourself up.
Pain killers and antidepressants do not mix well. Ask your doctor first.
