I have gained soo much weight after having a baby and starting nursing school. I would really like to be a good example not only to my son but my patients as well. My goal is to lose at least 10-15 pounds by December 21st which is the day I leave for vacation to Dominican Republic and I need to look amazing.
My biggest problem is motivation. Being a mom and a student full time leaves me exhausted and with almost no time or energy to workout. This app has really helped because the workouts are quick and I can implement them throughout my day. I plan to weigh in every Monday. I hope to become friends with some of you regardless of goals or background so we can motivate each other. Feel free to hmu!
