Yea, what's it for?
Its just a way to track how much you have done each month and overall. No prizes or special features. It is a good way to challenge each other to keep going each day if you so choose to engage in those mini challenges with your followers. Really means nothing in the end. I push myself to do better each month using these as a benchmark. Points are awarded for time spent and energy exerted during each excercise type. If you nothing but yoga smaller points if you do high intensity stuff more points awarded.
