Im feeling the same way! I went out with some friends for their bday and had foolishness and dessert!! :( no gym in TWO days!!

Daily Workout Tips:
1.Yoga (30.min)
2.Aerobix (30.min)
3.Gym (Light Workout - 30 min.)
4.Eating Healthy Food
5.Proper Rest Repeat whole 1 to 5 Daily Routine

I was not in the mood either but I forced myself to do cardio exercise, warm ups, superman exercise, squats.  Get your butt up and get motivated and pumped up while you are it get a music that is fast beat it helps :).

If you're havong problems making a gym commitment do little things around the house or take walks around the neighborhood. Instead of driving to the store you can walk if not too far.
