3.Gym (Light Workout - 30 min.)
4.Eating Healthy Food
5.Proper Rest Repeat whole 1 to 5 Daily Routine
If you want it bad enough you'll get up and do it, stop making excuses and just do it!
I was not in the mood either but I forced myself to do cardio exercise, warm ups, superman exercise, squats. Get your butt up and get motivated and pumped up while you are it get a music that is fast beat it helps :).
