If u feel like something's wrong then of course go spk to a doctor. The only thing I will say I have seen similar posts on here of ppl who aren't losing weight and they skip meals. I'm on my fitness pal same user name add me if u like.

I started working out since December 23, 2012. Everyday I wake up early morning doing 45 minutes of switching different exercises everyday. Still have not seen results, can someone tell what I am doing wrong still have not lost weights? Feedbacks are welcome :).

So wen I started I didn't loose anything for the first few weeks I don't know y. U might not be eating enough maybe if u burn too much more than u eat then ur body starves it self and you don't loose

Well also I work 80 hours a week and I normally do my 20 minutes bicycle ride then sit ups and jumping jacks and total of 45 minutes per day but switch of different workout. Should I get checked out by a doctor, I am 227 lbs and begin to lose my confidence :(.
