Last year i unintentionally lost a lot of weight. I starte at round 10st (not sure wat that is in lbs) nd went to 8st 12lbs which made me look horrible as im 5ft 8. Iv put sum weight back on nd im up to around 9st6 but the weight went back on in different place to wher it came off which is strange to me has this happened to anyone else?

Nope but you can try lifting weights

Yeah thanks i mite try that. Not too sure what to do with weights tho. I'm a drummer so my arms are pretty toned anyway
