Hi! I was wondering if somebody could give me some advice about the following: should I schedule a day by day routine, or do I get the same results if I perform a different workout daily?
You should probably create a calender with different workouts that focus on different parts of the body.I hope this helps God bless.
If you do the same workout day in and day out your body starts losing motivation. Your muscles and your mind get bored of it. Try switching it up as much as you want.
