Hi! I was wondering if somebody could give me some advice about the following: should I schedule a day by day routine, or do I get the same results if I perform a different workout daily?

You shouldn't train every day take a 1 day rest then get back into it also for day 1 2 3 4 have different workout routines for those days

You can train every day (I do) but just make sure you're doing a different muscle group and giving the one you just worked a day of rest. For example, you can do legs Monday abs Tuesday arms Wednesday. This way you're giving your muscles a rest but still being able to workout every day

You should probably create a calender with different workouts that focus on different parts of the body.I hope this helps God bless.

If you do the same workout day in and day out your body starts losing motivation. Your muscles and your mind get bored of it. Try switching it up as much as you want.
