Hi guys! I'm new to this app! I'm a yoga instructor looking to focus a little more on some strength building! What workouts do yall recommend?

Go with compound movements. Deadlifts, barbell squats, presses etc

Thank you! I'm going to have to find someone to show me. not familiar with weight lifting at all.

It's not too difficult. You can always YouTube and look around the Web for tips and mental notes on form. Other than that be mindful to start off very very light until you are comfortable and you have your form down, then you can start increasing the weight. If all else fails, ask someone in your gym (if they're not busy!) for a spot to make sure you have it down.
