Hey everyone, my name is Lia and I am an addict to food... I am ready to lose it and don't look back... Anyone have Suggestions on an effective plan to help me jump start.. Beside working out on a daily basis?

Maybe try something for whatever you want to encore? Ex. Abs, arms, legs, cardio etc... :)
