Im looking to talk to possibly meet people around to workout and motivate me!

U should be taking in 1 gram of protein per pound u weigh each day. Eat low fat foods and lots of greens and healthy fats .

Lean meats will be key to packing on must learn as well as working out with weights .Move away from cardiovascular work outs for the first 2-3 weeks til u add lbs u need

I started at 155 and am 230 now
