Well tomorrow I start my new excercise routine. I am working on a little weight loss, but more focused on toning, strengthening, and endurance. Motivation and time will be my only obstacles.

Welcome I hope you reach your goals. Suggestion since time is going to be one of your obstacles why not make a calender. And for motivation follow people who workout regularly. I hope this helps God bless!!!
