First time using app...any suggestions?
Welcome! Still fairly new to the app myself. There's no one-size-fits-all answer for where to start, but I suggest starting by figuring out your time availability, access to equipment, and what you like. If you start with something you don't like or is inconvenient, it'll be tough to stick with. If you don't know what you like, try the exercises that are onlya few minutes long and narrow it down from there. I hope this helps!
