I am trying out this new app and so far I am really liking it. I have struggled with maintaining workouts in the past. My building has a gym provided but it's difficult to use when you don't know what you're doing.

My goal is to use the programs to stay active and get more in shape and toned. Hopefully everything goes well! Any advice is greatly appreciated

Be sure to make a schedule for yourself treat them like an appointment, constantly keep things fresh and do different workouts ans follow those who workout on a regular basis. Good luck and God bless!!!

Good luck sweetheart! Im loving this app so far ! And it reminds you an hour and than 15 mins before your workout which is awesome! And with so many workouts there is always something new to do!
