Hey. So I am completely new to this app I didn't realize there was an app so awesome. I have been on my journey for 32 weeks now and I am down almost 50 lbs. I love working out at the gym but I am a very busy mom of 4 and I find it hard some weeks to get to the gym. Working out at home was never an option before because I really don't know what to do. Now that I have this app I can do workouts at home when I can not make it to the gym.
Is there any tips anyone can give me on how to best utilize this app to its full potential? I'm still looking around and trying to figure things out. What are some of the best workouts on here?
