Want to improve myself

Hey guys!
Just wanted to say hello to this new community I joined. Don't know anybody on here and wondering if anybody has any recommended workouts on here. Obviously I'm a skinny fellow with not much toned muscle. But I want to change that! Any help would be aprecciated. I'll post periodic results. Time to improve!

Awesome! Welcome to the community. I'm new too. I'd start with browsing the workouts and find yourself some workouts that involve a weight component, and then go take a look at your nutrition. Make sure you have enough protein, like 1.5-1.8 grams per kilograms of current bodyweight per day. Get this from lean meats, no fat dairy, tuna, legumes and whole grains. And greens! Eat lots of greens! Good luck :-)

What are legumes? I don't think I eat ooor drink that ha :/

Legumes are a class of vegestables that includes beans, peas and lentils..
