Any good, good workouts out there , that had actually made you lose weight? How much you lost? How long it took you to lose weight? Any strict diets... ?

Check out my quite long list of liked workouts. I lost 17kgs in under 12 months with the help of this app (30 - 60 mins daily) and watching my intake. Google for calculating your TDEE and try to reach a daily deficit of about 10-30% with intake and workouts. This and consistency over a couple of weeks/months will give you the results you want. Good luck!

Sorry, typo: 10-15% deficit. Don't lower your intake below your BMR on a regular basis!
