Hi,, Im 19 years old , 80 kg weight , Jogging for only 10 minutes is enough to make me like a 60 years old man the next 4 days even the whole week , I feel a lot of pain in my legs bone..
Any advices...

If you pain in your bones, then definitely you should see a medical consultant. If it is in your muscles then it gets better after few days
