I need to start being slightly selfish for a while as I try concentrate on myself for a while..
Had started to lose weight and feel great but fell off the wagon due to life's distractions (I know poor excuse)..
I'm hoping to get my groove & motivation back up and start working towards the healthier lifestyle I've envisioned for myself..
