All of us woman want nice legs here is something you can do once or twice a week depending on your schedule!
This is high volume leg toning/cardio legs
25 jumping squats
25 pulse squats
25 step ups each leg
25 Bulgarian squats each leg
25 lunges per leg
50 plie squats
25 reverse lunges
50 butt blasters
2 Min break
Repeat 2 times
GOAL - Finish all 3 sets in 30 mins.
