I was not very active in the last years so 4 weeks ago I decided to be more active and downloaded this app. I try to do be active 5-6 days a week for 30-50 min. My aim is to do something for my overall shape especially for belly/abs. I do the following programs:
Abdominal Foundation 1
Functional Fitness 1
Beginner´s Guide: Bodyweight
Beginner`s Guide: Strong Core
So here are my questions:
As I am a beginner is the amount of days and the duration ok?
Are the programs sufficient or do you have any other suggestions?

My opinion is you are right on target with the 30-50min a day 5-6 days a week. I also like how you are focusing on your core, but not just doing ab workouts.
You are probably already aware, but figured I would point it out. You can a really great core with strong abs, but if you do not pair it with the right diet your belly fat will still be there.
Winter is a great time to start though, you can get that muscle base built and then start adjusting your diet once it's gets close to summer to start cutting.
