Here is a killer shoulder workout, definitely not for a beginner!
Quad set - using the same weight
10 behind head press
10 front raises
10 straight bar raise
10 upright row
Repeat 4-5 sets
This will smoke ya!

Try doing the quad set as a Finsher

So I did this today and incorporated it into my workout today!  I am so glad I left this until the end because it took everything I had to finish it and I wasn't stopping until I did 4 sets!  Needless to say I will be doing this again next week as I love a challenge and this one you will definitely make you feel the burn!
Good God I hope I can move my arms tomorrow morning....
