Starting a new year with a new me...finally!!!

I just started this workout called The 30 Day Crunch Challenge five days ago and now I am eating a lot more healthier and lighter. I am starting to feel the burn of these crunches plus I also add 5-10 more reps to my workout.

Hi.good luck.I'm new so the only advice I think would be it starts w/ you.!

Lol that person hasn't been back on skimble since they did one workout two months ago.
