How long should I spend on these a day?

Most of the videos are about 10 minutes, a good workout is around half an hour at least, elevated heart rate. So should I do 3-5 workouts a day? How many do most people do?
And is it better to focus on one body group a day?

Hello well there are actually workouts here thar are 30 and over minutes. You should try the body blast program. And personally ... it depends on the person ... I like doing at least five WO a day, for about an hour.

I also focus on a full body workout more than one muscle group/day

Try to schedule your workout per day as 1 hour 30 min.. And will up this hours by general workout 1 st day and continued by each muscle workout .. It's got to be a rotational kind.. Atb

well. ..u will find workouts here from 60sec to one and a half hour. and workout. ...30 m is should be your minimum. ...good luck
