Most of the videos are about 10 minutes, a good workout is around half an hour at least, elevated heart rate. So should I do 3-5 workouts a day? How many do most people do?

Hi Nada how are you so motivated? I have been following for about a month now. In the beginning I use to workout a little bit, but now I can barely do anything. I even get jealous when I receive several messages about the workouts you are doing in a day. I purchased 2 diets programs so far, but somehow I cannot push myself to adhering to them.
