I need help with finding good diet. Is it there in myfitnesspal?

Not in my fitness pal. That app is more to keep track of your daily caloric intake plus you can add your daily exercise. It is a great app but the dieting is more o n your own :/ what I did is that I read a bunch of nutritional stuff, on how to eat clean and healthy.. I basicaly try to not eat any junk food, eat 5 to 6 small meals a day every 3 to 4 hours let me know if u have any other question :) oh and add me in my fitness pal my user...

1.Yoga (30.min)
2.Gym (1 Hour)
3.Eating Healthy Food
4.Rest (Sleep) Repeat whole 1 to 4 Daily...Take Care :)

I am new to Workout Trainer and I use MyFitnessPal daily. (I wish the calories burned here could sync/import to mfp.)
