I like keeping my profile open for public view but recently I had a younger follower post an unnecessary comment and so I changed my prof to private. Anyone else have issues like this? I've noticed a lot of others have private profiles. I invite serious supporters to follow me and I will follow you. Thanks!

I follow people for two reasons, they're more experienced when it comes to dieting, bodybuilding or supplements than I OR they do similar workouts or have the same workout plan in mind. Keep your profile set to private, the social media aspect of this app is just to get advice, if you're really not going to work out without having an Internet buddy to support you then get a personal trainer because those kind of ppl obviously need a lot of extra motivation. I didn't have any followers till probably 2 months in, you gotta do it for yourself, the recognition will come after!

Thanks for the input. I am doing this for myself and my job. My post was not to attract more people, but more to find out if i'm the only person who has had someone post something unrelated like "So.  I'm 9 and I have a boyfriend." Lol. Just not what I expected from a workout community.

I think the age should be integrated in members profile info. You should get all that info from looking at someones profile. Other, i think it is a great thing to have followers, they can learning by watching. 🎯
