Thought I would share another good back & Shoulders workout for you gym goers! If you are unsure of an exercise google it..... lol

Back Blast
4 sets wide grip Chin ups - till failure

8 sets 12 - 15 reps t-bar rows pyramid up standard grip 4 sets then pyramid down underhand grip 4 sets

3 sets 8 - 12 reps high row hammer strength machine

3 sets 15 reps light weight behind the head Lat pull downs

3 sets 12 reps cable straight bar front pulls

3 sets 12 - 15 reps standing high rope rows (split face)

3 sets 12 - 15 reps standing rope upright rows

Shoulders
4 sets 8 - 12 reps hammer strength military press followed by a quadruple drop set to failure

4 sets heavy side Lat raises superset with bottom half rep pulses until failure

4 sets seated triple raise combo 10 reps side lateral finishing in front ( like a combo of a delt and front raise)
10 reps side Lat raises, 10 front raises( never put the weight down)

4 sets 8 - 12 reps heavy front raises

4 sets 8 - 12 reps Arnold presses

4 sets 10 - 15 reps cable rear delt pulls

4 sets rear facing machine military press until failure last set after each Rep do 10 top half pulses

Go die after your done these, if your not feeling this your definitely doing something wrong! Enjoy!

Ah shoulders!!! My fav! Would try whenever I have some spare time from my workouts because you know... newborns are very unpredictable
