Hi everyone. I am 24 and have 2 kids. 2 and 5 and boys do my schedule is hectic. That's why I downloaded this app. I really want to lose at least 15 more lbs. So feel free to add me. I also downloaded my fitness pal but i do not know how to add people. When I try its just add from face book, my phone, or by email. So y'all can add me there too. Shelsieloves is my user name.

Love my fitness pal :-) wish they would combine both apparently into one! That would be awesome. Good luck :-)

I'm on there now.. Been using it for 2 days.. So far I really like it.. Great for making you be completely aware of what you are eating.. Like I alway thought I ate to much, but it turns out I'm not eating even close to as many calories as I need to be.. I can't figure out how to add my workouts to my diary or how to search or add people.. It would be great to see some healthy peoples diets!!! I need all the help and encouragement I can get!! :-D

You add your exercising just like you do food. Click on add to diary it is in the middle of the list :-) hope that helps!

Thank you!! I did, but it's still not adding that to my in and out take.. Maybe I should try one of the apps that my fitness pal recommends.. But I love this app!! I wish this app could link to fitness pal! That would be great!!

Everyone whines about having kids (by choice)...and no time to work out.... Come on-- you guys are just LAZY! Maybe it's "your outta of normal (workout) routine"?? Play with your "crazy" kids... I'd assume they are full of energy, run around w/them. Stop making excuses and just start slow/ moderation & discipline!! People have time at some point during the day/week, take advantage of this time...and rather then check Facebook , watch American idol, or talk for hours on the phone/ online---go for a run!'

Umm totally not whining. I love my kids and my body but everyone has days they need a little extra support.

Daily Workout Tips:
1.Yoga (30.min)
2.Gym (1 Hour)
3.Eating Healthy Food
4.Rest (Sleep) Repeat whole 1 to 4 Daily...Take Care :)

Someone needs to email the app devs lol it says in the email line on mfp add using email or username. Just add to email line

I can add using an email with no problem! But it could be a tech issue.

eEMAIL IS THE ONLY WAY TO ADD PEOPLE IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO USE A USERNAME!!! So....if you want her to add you give her your email ;)

You have to add username in the email line.. that's how you add people with username
