Hi everyone!!! I'm looking to cut 15-20 pounds in the next 60 days and I'm looking for some friends with similar stats/goals for motivation!!

sw: 214
cw: 180
gw: 150
May 24 goal: 165

I'm 5'1 and 160 lbs. I want to be 120 in the next 4 months hopefully.

I'm 5'8 currently at 135. I was at 168 and my goal is 125!! Still struggling on the motivation thing lol...nice to meet you

First of all, let me just say, you are freaking beautiful girl. Like, gorgeous! And second of all, I'd love to help out and keep you on track! :)

I'm 5'3 and 125. Don't know really know if this is good or bad. I use to be 165 so after seeing my body negatively for sooo long, it's become really hard for me to see it another way. Everyone says I've lost a lot of weight, but I still see the same image I always have. Just a mental thing I have to fight with I suppose...

Anyhoos, if you're interested I'd love to help out.

It may sound crazy Halee but you're the exact same height and around the same weight as I am now. Life happens and motivation can come and go (totally normal for me). I've been MIA on here for the last 1-2 months but my mind has never left this place. My healthy goal weight is honestly 135 lbs of lean and strong muscles and above average endurance. Keep up your dedication here and hard work... It's inspiring to see and watch one's transformation!

I'm where you are and I though 135 was too low, but your post has me motivated to boost endurance and continue building lean muscle.

HI guys wanna just join the Conversation. I'm 5'6 I'm currently on 208 (I know is a shame). I just wanna try to stay in track now. I loose it so easy. I work full time and go to school and I think a lot of times the work I have to do wins the battle for my time.
I want to lose to start 20-30 pounds In the next 4 months. Don't wanna look like a supermodel, just want to take care of me and be healthy and heck yeah why not take advantage of looking good while at it right?!

Hi! I'm 5'6 189lbs  my goal weight is 145 but at the moment I'm focused on my dress size and appearance.  I did my first workout today and loved it! I really  didn't think I would enjoy it but I'm already excited about  the next one! I have a long road ahead but anxious to start.
My motivation: I'm standing in my sister's wedding in October and want to look amazing!!! :)

I am going to be 41 in may so want to get back in shape.  :p

I am (almost) 5'8" and 180 lbs. Right now.

After my 4th child I was 250 lbs. After 4 years, I went down to 150 lbs. I started by working out half hour a day at home. Within year I was working out for 2 hours and body boarding 2-4 hours a week at beach.
Unfortunately, I moved and gained 40 lbs back.
I went to the gym and loved my progress but listened to my trainer instead of my body and injured myself. I limped out of gym weighing 160 but looking solid curvy and pretty toned.

I have been out of gym 2 years and back to 180 lbs. I want to loose 20-30 lbs.

I have all the confidence in the world that youll accompmish your goals in no time. Im 5'5" as well. Its a small world! lol jk. I have to say though based on your pics I've seen, there is nothing for you to stress about.

Hiiiii Halee! You look great btw, although u might feel super large n huge you don't look it at all. My name is Milly, I'm 32 right now I'm at 173 and I'm tiny at 5'1. I want to get to 150 lbs so I totally with you sweetie! At my largest I was 220 and I had a knee injury 2 years ago that gave me the motivation to help kick start my fitness journey. At the end of last summer I was at 157 and I'm soooo disappointed in myself that I've gained back some weight. But I'm committed and hopefully I can be a sounding ground or friend in battle!!!

I'm 5'4" and 180. Started working out and eating better the beginning of April when I was 195lbs. I have 3 kiddos from 7-4years old. It's hard to stay on track but I am a firm believer that with support, anyone can do it!
