Growing up my my family never taught me the importance of food and moderation. I am 24 years old and this is the most I have ever weighed! I have a typical new years resolution, but I have only stopped or plateau at 5 lbs. I completely have changed my eating habits and the month of April I would like to have a challenge to see how far and hard I will start. I will be increasing cardiovascular and starting interval training. Good luck and we are almost close to summer!
P.s. this is a life change and not summer change.....at least that is my goal.
