Growing up my my family never taught me the importance of food and moderation. I am 24 years old and this is the most I have ever weighed! I have a typical new years resolution, but I have only stopped or plateau at 5 lbs. I completely have changed my eating habits and the month of April I would like to have a challenge to see how far and hard I will start. I will be increasing cardiovascular and starting interval training. Good luck and we are almost close to summer!

P.s. this is a life change and not summer change.....at least that is my goal.

Basically in the same boat : ) family would just eat anything really N not quite in moderation... always had a fast metabolism but now I'm 25 and def the heaviest I've ever been . Decided I needed a healthier lifestyle but also I have this urge to become fitter and stronger to my bodys full potential.. all the best dear. We can do it if we set our minds on it and stay determined.
