selecting weight for a workout
I can't seem to select the weight i'm using for my routines. I can only select a range of load level. If i can't track the weight i'm using, i'll have to find another app.
Does anyone know how to select the amount of weight being used?
I use this app to structure & time my workouts but I switch over to another app, "simple workout log" to log & track my progress
