selecting weight for a workout

I can't seem to select the weight i'm using for my routines. I can only select a range of load level. If i can't track the weight i'm using, i'll have to find another app.

Does anyone know how to select the amount of weight being used?

I like (1 rep max) this will let you track youre 1 and 5 rep max and also workout trainer is a good one for 5week 10week hard training. Use these to on top of this on to switch it up and youll be will on your way i use these all the time

I use this app to structure & time my workouts but I switch over to another app, "simple workout log" to log & track my progress
