Hello y'all.....I'm new here so wanted to introduce myself. I made a few lifestyle changes last yr, including eating healthier and exercising regularly and managed to lose close to 40 lbs. The cold weather and lack of motivator has caused me to put on about 12 of those lbs. So I'm looking for a lil extra motivation.
I would love to lose 15 lbs but more importantly work on building lean muscle and working on my core! Flat tummy here I come!!!
