Welcome aboard ladies! I've been here for quite some time and I'd be glad to help. You could start by doing simple core exercises. Crazy Core Builder will help you tone your core muscles as it is one of our  fat prone area. Enjoy your journey and don't forget to eat right and keep hydrated!

Hiya! I've been using the app for a few months. I was really doing great for a while , but then got super.sick and had to take a break....lost all my strength progress, so I had to basically start over again. It's been tough to get motivated again, and back into regular workouts but I am working on it.
