Hi all! I am here to lose wait and gain my confidence back. This is my sophomore year of college and I have gained a lot of weight. Lets not beat around the bush I gained the freshmen/sophomore 50. In high school I was 150 with an hour glass shape. I really loved my body. Now I'm 200 and just have a frumpy shape. I still love my body, but not as much as I once did since I stopped taking care of it. My main problem is I was a dancer and sustained an injury my senior year of high school, and gained weight from not dancing or stretching. But I'm here to change that. I can't do this all on my own I need support and motivation and I know others here need the same! Lets do this!
