I want to get outside and run so bad, but the stupid smog won't go away. I need some snow or a strong breeze!

Looks like I'll be stuck inside for awhile. ):

The smog may be less early in the morning. See if that makes any difference.

I hear ya buddy. Im in northren indiana and its down in the negatives. Thats y i bought a treadmill. Its not the same but its btr than nothing.

I'm in salt lake. We. et an inversion in the winter. That is when cold air gets trapped in the valley. Smog gets trapped with it. The mornings are a little better, but I have been checking the air quality reports and it is still fairly bad in the mornings. I will be sticking to indoor exercises on bad days. The good nees is when it does clear up, there is a gorgeous trail that I run on. :)

I hate running inside too! I'm in North Carolina so the winter time is ideal...summers are just too hot! Usually I only get to run after the sun has gone down so I've become a baby over running in the daylight lol
