I'm in salt lake. We. et an inversion in the winter. That is when cold air gets trapped in the valley. Smog gets trapped with it. The mornings are a little better, but I have been checking the air quality reports and it is still fairly bad in the mornings.
I will be sticking to indoor exercises on bad days.
The good nees is when it does clear up, there is a gorgeous trail that I run on. :)
I hate running inside too! I'm in North Carolina so the winter time is ideal...summers are just too hot! Usually I only get to run after the sun has gone down so I've become a baby over running in the daylight lol
