Hi all ! My name is Jeanie , I have let my body go since I had my son 10 years ago. I joined yesterday after I gifted myself the Apple Watch I am just going to take one day at a time and keep moving along with the get off the couch workout I am going to make a goal of steps a day . How many steps is a reasonable achievable goal a day? So far ready your posts you give me hope that I can do this !
