How do I stop being bloated all the time???!
I think you need to test your body to realise the exact reason of this happening. I discover myself I am intolerant to milk and since I gave up drinking it my stomach went flat and I felt full of energy (I also found out why I was so tired everyday for no reason).
Sugars of all type, sodas, bad fats such as fries, crisps, chocolate bars, sweets and all junk foods are your "enemy" as well. Hope it helps

I think a good detox would help.
It helped me when I stopped eating/drinking anything with milk on it (including cheese). Also when I stopped with any pasta and bread.
Beans can also be an enemy.
Other famous thing you must get rid right now are soft drinks, beer and sugary drinks.
Well as a doctor my first advice will be to go to your doctor n get treatment and after that
Avoid hot n fuzzy drinks
Avoid onions tomatos and spicy foods and avoid large meal
Elevate the head side of your bed
Go to bed atleast 2hour after meal
Try drinking green tea! It is a natural antioxidant I try to drink at least one cup a day.
