Morning, can anyone recommend a good program or workout to strengthen the core and lower back? I suffer with scoliosis and i always suffer when i begin to workout and then give in. Boo!

I have scoliosis too. I've studied a lot on this , and the schroth method is the only real fix to improve this curve. Check out this exercise by dr.kevin lau on YouTube. The video will have a guy in black pants. That exercise is great. Also you can inbox me if you want more information.
