Lower back pain

Morning, can anyone recommend a good program or workout to strengthen the core and lower back? I suffer with scoliosis and i always suffer when i begin to workout and then give in. Boo!
Advise would be welcome

Hi there. I'm very limited with exercising . I need to lose weight in order to have back surgery, before my gastric bypass surgery. A car accident a year ago did something to make it to where my knees barely hold my weight (obese), worsened bulging discs in spinal cord, and if I do too much, my fibromyalgia flares up. My body is so tense and extremely tight. I'm going to look up the stretch you recommended and try that. But I'm looking for a way to start and how to start. And I 20min or so new to this...

on YouTube, look up chiropracter+back exercise,and you will have clinic recommended exercises!

I have scoliosis too. I've studied a lot on this , and the schroth method is the only real fix to improve this curve. Check out this exercise by dr.kevin lau on YouTube. The video will have a guy in black pants. That exercise is great. Also you can inbox me if you want more information.

Another workout here I found helps with back pain is :
