2 Different Workouts for 2 days (To let body restore)

I'm trying to work on my abs. And i'm looking for 2 workouts that I could do in 2 days (1 each day). I've read muscles need 48 hours to restore. So the workouts should focus on different muscles.

I would like to achieve a week schedule like this:
Mon: Workout 1
Tue: Workout 2
Wed: Workout 1
Thu: Workout 2
Fri: Workout 1
Sat: Workout 2
Sun: Rest

I'm looking for workouts of minimum 15min to 30min.
