whenI'm hungry I just take a long walk and eat planning of fruit that's that's how I started before I started working out and losing weight and for my hunger problem

I just eat a lot of lean protein like turkey and lean beef and make sure I am working it into muscle. For me losing weight has never been hard. Everyone has different bodies, for instance my sister swears by kellogs protein mix to curb hunger

Yeah but what if you are a vegitarian like me

eat egg, salad , porridge, and some granola bar that's all I can think of off the top of my head for now but I'll get back to you :-)

Eat nuts whatever kind you like and lots of water! It surprisingly holds you over pretty well until your next meal. I love almonds and pistachios. :9

And of course the obvious, fruits and veggies! Add salt, light dressing or chilli powder to add more flavor.
