New to working out
I'm slim but I want to be to be tone. I started a workout regiment today and it was all planking and stretching. Does anybody know of a good free weight regiment? I want to shape arms, shoulders, abs, and butt.
This type of program, with lower volume/higher frequency, (meaning you don't kill your muscles with tons of reps, but you hit the muscle groups more often than once a week) is recommended by many experts.
I got this program from aworkoutroutine.com where it is named the Beginner Routine. That site is really good...he explains a lot of the elements and fundamentals of weight training
