Good evening all. I'm kinda new to the whole exercise, needing to get fitness. Need some guidance. Would you believe I have a SSG for a spouse. He works too much to help right now, so...heeeelp I've got Pouchitis, legs need strengthening and butt needs tightening.
First off, congrats on your decision to get healthier. I'm not sure what an SSG is, unless you're referencing to the military rank? Either way, what are you doing to get healthy? If you could share a bit about your plan we can probably help with some ideas.
