Like the title says, back on the wagon again. I go through cycles of loosing then gaining. I'm going to make this the last time I go through this cycle. I'm here to loose weight and hopefully do so without loosing my strength. (I like being strong)

Good job. There's nothing wrong with getting off the wagon occasionally, but making the choice to succeed I where it's at.  You can do it.  Monday I'm back on the wagon for 5 days again.

it's a cycle that I'm working on. I am getting the "off the wagon" times shorter and shorter. Its all about choices. congratulations on getting back on the wGon :)

so far my game plan is this, 4 work out days a week, logging all my food through my fitness pal, and I have my lifting and running goals set. I want to pre-register for a race because i get my miles in more consistently when I have a date and money shelled out.
