Hey I'm new here and was wondering kinda how everything works and if anyone here knows a really good way to motivate yourself for losing weight

Set goals for yourself take little steps at a time and just imagine that ideal body your aiming, keep telling yourself that nothing is impossible and that you can make it. At times you feel like giving up when you especially have to keep going. also building up muscle is a good way to help get rid of fat because the more muscle you have the more you will burn. Also maybe having a workout buddy can help keep you on track
