Can't seem to shift my baby weight am not gonna give up 4mnths post pregnancy have lost weight with this app before as I have no time to leave my young family will continue good luck to you all here

A lot of it is about both *nutrition and *rest. I know the rest part is hard, but it's really important to know (and for your partner/family/support system to know) that getting rest is crucial. Even rest breaks and naps, and especially that you need to plan for, schedule them, and TAKE them. : ) #BeenThere

Good job momma I'm 11mpp and I have decided to get bk in shape I'm done with excuses I'm unhappy with my body cause I want to if I have time to watch reality shows on Hulu I have time to workout lol I use to be a fit freak then I got Prego and let go of myself bad

Don't be too hard on yourself. There's already enough of that somewhere in the environment around you. LOL. If you're in the USA, one huge thing to remember is that the "Standard U.S. Diet" will only make things worse. Thank heavens there's plenty of information around to help you plan real, healthy (and enjoyable) eating! Get yourself a HEART RATE MONITOR chest strap. It will help you- in a big way- to plan effective fitness training, and to track your real results! Be patient, eat healthy, get rest, and hang in there. #2017andbeyond

It took me a year and a half to lose my baby weight, i had to work my butt off to lose it but itll happen it just takes time!
