Hello everyone, What are your goals this upcoming month regarding fitness ? I am on a mission to lose fat in the next few months.

im starting a juice cleanse today. .and i hope to work out every day. .i need to lode 5 lbs this month. .

My goal is to come 1 step closer to one-arm pull up! :)

I'm still on the fat los track myself. But since I will have a small vacation this month and lots of birthday parties. I don't have high hopes Haha.

Next to this I'm working hard on increasing my lifting techniques. Specially my squat. Drilling mobility and better movement patterns.

To finally lose weight. Feel like I have exhausted everything and nothing to show for it.

Naomi, if you need any help meeting your goals I will be happy to help you. Many times we can get discouraged. The great thing is you are trying that is the biggest and most important step.

Am concentrating more on strength and abs building, and taking off a bit on the waist line.
