How long did it take you?

I have been in and out with working out. Then again I've never had a good work out set up, just a bunch of random spurts of working out. I would like to know people testimonies, what worked, what didn't, before and after, and how long did it take .

plan it in your day. I need to workout everyday because a day off becomes 2 3 ... even if its 5 minutes I have to to stay on track. drink water!! not the foo foo stuff, straight ice cold water. when you see the difference in how your clothes fit, that's a big motivator. you can do it

when i stay consistent and eat well and work out every other day, i start to see changes in as little two weeks! keep going and you'll get there!

yeah I see instant change. are you at your goals? like how much you lose in pounds, or muscle gain?
