I need to find motivation to workout...how does everyone find it?

its reallt hard..i just tell myself that i have to at least 3 times per week. i need tobget back to my pre baby weight....no excuses

Hi .Shelli. only do a standard workout ; dont think about numbers or duration. only 10 min workout is better than nothing.

see urself in the mirror. and see some other persons body who have much much better than yours.. and look for some old pict of u if u already making progress
