The best I know is P90x's workouts. Look them up and try them if you like them. My boyfriend did all the exercises for three weeks and noticed instant results. And it was nice...

Maybe some combo intervals with plank with row and rotation, supermans, and deadlifts, etc. There are some great ones on the Nike app. Even though they market it to women the guy I work with still loves the workouts enough to do them. They are more challenging than the workouts here.
