Hey, trying out this app. Looks awesome!

I have diabetes and since I had a sit down job, gained lots of weight  (most I weighed ever) and was diagnosed with my condition. Luckily, I don't need meds, just diet and exercise

But my biggest problem is that I don't have the money for a trainer so I'm lost at what strength training exercises to do at the gym as I was told to do a combo of strength training and cardio

And then I got my first ever samsung s7, and here I am, checking out this app to see if maybe it'll help me. :)

You've come to the right place. And seem to have started some great programmes too! This is a fantastic community that'll keep you motivated and moving. Just follow the right people, and there is no dearth of positivity here!
It's good that lifestyle changes are adequate for you. Exercises alone can reduce your A1C by 4-5, while even the best drugs can only do so by 2-3. So as long as you keep at it, you're sure to reach your goals.
Keep at it! Stay motivated. Have faith in your body, and most importantly, I hope you have a great time doing all this!

Thanks for the pep talk! It's good to meet you. Apparently my program workouts are going to wait today just a little longer. My alarm clock never went off today and we have an appt this afternoon. So I'm shooting to do them afterwards now :

Well you can do workout your office too like pushingor draging your chair, holding your legs in air whilesitting on the chair and use stairs instead of elevator ☺

Yeah definitely.  Been sucky at exercising. I wound up getting sick last week shortly after I started it. I manage to do a workout yesterday and then today had no energy to do the workouts  (cause I'm behind). Do I took a 30 something minute walk instead. Hopefully if I feel a bit more better (less hacking and more energy) will try to do another session.
